工作範圍
- Manage the development and A&A projects from concept, design, statutory approval, construction, fitting out to completion;
- Ensure the project designs and plans meet local requirements;
- Monitor project progress to ensure on-time completion, within the budget and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Ensure a proper record of design and construction progress at different stages;
- Tackle all problems and issues during construction;
- Manage environmental impact of the project;
- Liaise with Government Authorities, in-house team, consultants and contractors etc;
- Manage and evaluate the performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Perform ad-hoc duties when required.
任職要求
- Degree holder in in Architecture, Project Management or equivalent;
- Registered Architect in Hong Kong with at least 15 years’ hands-on experience in overseeing large-scale commercial projects with retail, F&B, entertainment and office independently;
- Proven experience in managing architectural and fit-out works in large-scale project covering retail and shopping malls;
- Well versed with local government regulations;
- Problem solving at a strategic level;
- Detail and careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results;
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communications skills with different parties;
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
