RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the operation of direct own restaurants according to the Group’s objectives and targets.
  • Manage the leasing related activities of food & beverage zones of the Group’s premises, including the operation and provision of quality tenant services, control of leasing terms, takeover / handover of premises and other ad hoc duties.
  • Provide strategical advice for food and beverage related business and activities of the Group.
  • Handle budgeting, cost control and resources allocation.
  • Establish and monitor the standard operating procedures to enhance business performance, maximize efficiency and service standard.
  • Formulate and execute advertising, marketing and promotional strategies and other projects to attract customers.
  • Handle customer relationship management and analyze customer profiles and trends.
  • Coordinate with Executive Chef and Restaurant Managers for service and production quality, sourcing and management.
  • Build an effective team through training, coaching and counselling.
  • Lead and handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree holder in Hospitality, Catering Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 12 years’ solid experience in food & beverage operations management and experience in setting up new operations and formulating operations plan preferred.
  • Exposures to Japanese cuisine.
  • Track records in P&L management.
  • Strong sense of food trend and marketing.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Well organized and able to work independently under stress.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Duty on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays may be required.
