Reporting to the Sales Department Manager, the incumbent will lead a team of sales staff and assist in monitoring the daily operation of a sales department to achieve the high standard of service and excellent sales performance.

• F.5 graduate or above
• At least 3 years' retail sales and marketing experience
• Effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills
• Good communication skills and able to build rapport with customers and vendors
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
