  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • 1 - 3 years of solid experience in CRM.
  • Familiar with data analytics tool and social CRM, preferably with web, app and digital marketing knowledge
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with other relevant experiences will be considered for other suitable positions.
  • Assist the development and implementation of CRM campaigns, engagement programs, repurchase and upsell journeys across multiple channels like APP, eDM, SMS and instore POSM.
  • Assist to develop CRM policies and execution guidelines, including external member terms and internal system manual
  • Prepare reports for member profile analysis, CRM campaign results and to retrieve data for internal stakeholders to understand the customers’ patterns and trends.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties, including various business units and external vendors/agencies.
