工作范围
- Assist in monitoring projects from the beginning, include all documentation of recording and site management.
- Liaise with different parties and carry out site inspection to monitor and control site work progress and quality in accordance with contract requirements and specification.
- Attend regular site meetings and organize work as per instructions.
- Supervise daily work progress and support site works such as material handling and site co-ordination.
- Prepare relevant site working progress report and work schedule.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
任职要求
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Building Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-year experiences in fitting-out of commercial projects.
- Strong in roject administration, documentation and understanding of shop drawings.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Well-organized and self-motivated with strong integrity, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates with other relevant experiences will be considered for other suitable positions.
- Some overnight work may be required.
