  • SOGO CWB store underwent a series of renovations to reinvigorate its leading image. In July, a brand-new Sogo beauty section was opened
  • Qatar Investment Authority acquired 22.78% stake in Lifestyle International
  • Thankful Week once again set a record-high daily revenue exceeding HK$115 million on the first day
  • Grand opening of new SOGO TST store

2016

  • The Group successfully spun off and separately listed its department store and supermarket business in mainland China and restaurant business under Lifestyle China Group Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • The Group acquired a plot of land for the development of a new full-fledged department store in the Kai Tak Development area, Kowloon East
  • Thankful Week once again achieved pleasing results, with total sales revenue reached HK$1,437.5 million
  • SOGO CWB store completed most of its enhancement program and offered customers a better shopping experience

2014

  • SOGO CWB store underwent a series of renovations to reinvigorate its leading image. In July, a brand-new Sogo beauty section was opened

  • In June, The Group issued US$300 million 10-year (maturing June 2025) unsecured guaranteed bonds, which bear a fixed interest rate of 4.50% per annum
  • SOGO CWB store underwent a series of renovations to give the main entrance, the ground-floor atrium in the new wing and SOGO CLUB on the 11th floor to 16th floor a facelift
  • Thankful Week once again achieved strong results, with total sales revenue reached HK$1,366.1 million
  • The relaunched SOGO TST’s first-year sales in 2015 exceeded management’s expectation

2016

  • The Group unveiled CVISION, an imposing outdoor full-HD LED advertising screen at the building façade of the SOGO Causeway Bay store. It shall greatly enhance the effectiveness of the Group’s advertising activities.
  • Thankful Week achieved recordbreakingresults at both SOGO CWB and SOGO TST, with total sales revenue reached HK$1,692.3 million.
  • Kai Tak Project commenced ground breaking works, marking the start of construction for the two commercial blocks to provide space for both retailing and office use.
